Elizabeth J. Pettus is driven, dedicated, and passionate about providing quality services and products, creating organizational sustainability, and empowering others to act. With thirty-five years of combined experience in the field of human services, education administration, and organizational leadership and development, Elizabeth remains grounded in the field by providing continual direct support and care to people with disabilities.

Elizabeth has held several executive administrative positions as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Edu-Group of PA, An Executive Administrator for the Chief Academic Office, Office of Curriculum and Instruction, and Research and Development with the School District of Philadelphia. A Residential Program Manager with Bancroft Neuro- Health, Senior Vice President, and Director of Residential Services with HRS Residential Services, and currently, the President of Creating Sustainability Innovations. an organizational development consulting firm in South Jersey.

Educational experiences

Elizabeth holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Strayer University, a bachelor’s and master’s in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University PA, and pursuing a Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development at Grand Canyon University. In addition, Elizabeth is writing a book that focuses on Organizational Leadership, Development, and Sustainability.
